S4 Support Utility

The S4 Retail Solutions Interface provides the ability to communicate between the S4 back office package and the NCR 2127® via industry standard serial ports, instead of requiring a DLC card in an ISA slot in the PC. The package consists of:

• DataSpanner Hardware

• Serial Cable to connect DataSpanner to DB9 Serial Port on the PC

• (optional) USB Bridge which connects the serial cable to a USB port on the PC

• Cable to connect DataSpanner to Master Register

• CD containing all required software
